commercial property photographer Liverpool

As all photography does, commercial property photography aims to tell a narrative that connects the seller and buyer. Here, we have an empty floor on 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool.

The aim was to show the area’s vast potential and the incredible light that a riverside property can provide.

The shot is deliberately overexposed to show the lighting and the team being taken around the floor out of focus as they weren’t needed for the context but were useful to establish a sense of scale.

Idox Plc moved in a few weeks later with Reading Room, and the light was incredible in all seasons.

Do you want your digital presence to reflect the fantastic property you have on the market? Are you fed up with the same old mobile shots you always take and the lack of enthusiasm by prospective clients?

Great commercial property photography can help you sell floor space — and it’s far more affordable than you might think. For as little as £5 per photo, you could have a digital presence that draws customers to what you have to offer and compels them to get in touch.

Get in touch using the form below (or Facebook), and we can arrange a no-obligation chat to discuss what you need. Thanks!
